By using YourTrip you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
YourTrip helps you plan for and settle into a new city, starting with Toronto — AI itineraries, and saving, checking in to, or booking listings. Listings and bookings are provided by third parties; we facilitate discovery and requests but are not the provider of those services.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
AI itineraries
AI-generated plans are suggestions for convenience and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important details (hours, prices, availability) before relying on them.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, abusive, or automated/excessive use, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
Partners
If you offer services on YourTrip as a partner, you also agree to:
- Only offer help you can actually deliver, describe it accurately, and show up when you say you will.
- Use customers' details only to arrange and carry out their booking, and never share them or use them for anything else.
- Not give immigration, visa or legal advice unless you are licensed to give it where you work (for example, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or a lawyer in Canada). Everyone else can help with practical settling-in tasks only.
- Follow the laws, licences and insurance requirements that apply to the services you offer.
We may review, pause or remove a partner or listing that breaks these terms.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
