By using YourTrip you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

YourTrip helps you plan for and explore a new Canadian city — AI itineraries, and saving, checking in to, or booking listings. Listings and bookings are provided by third parties; we facilitate discovery and requests but are not the provider of those services.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

AI itineraries

AI-generated plans are suggestions for convenience and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important details (hours, prices, availability) before relying on them.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, abusive, or automated/excessive use, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
