Who we’re looking for

  • You live in the city and know how things work there.
  • You’re friendly, patient and reliable.
  • You remember what it’s like to be new — or you’ve helped people who were.
  • Speaking another language newcomers speak is a big plus.

The rules

  • No immigration, visa or legal advice unless you’re licensed to give it.
  • Customers’ details are only for arranging their booking.
  • Show up when you said you would, and deliver what your listing says.

Questions

Where can I be a partner?

Anywhere. We are launching in Australia and Canada, and you can apply from any city — newcomers search for help wherever they are moving.

Does it cost anything?

No. Applying and listing services is free.

How do I get paid?

Customers pay upfront through YourTrip. Once you are approved, we set up your payouts with you directly.

Can I offer immigration or visa help?

Only if you are licensed to — for example an RCIC in Canada or a registered migration agent in Australia. Everyone else can help with practical settling-in tasks, which is what most newcomers need.

Can I offer more than one service?

Yes. List as many as you can deliver well, each with its own price.
